Mosaic Gardens at Taylor Terrace

This 168-unit all-age community located in Sacramento was originally developed in 1994 using Low Income Housing Tax Credits, California Department of Housing and Community Developments’ Rental Housing Construction Program (RHCP), and Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) funds. Linc Housing purchased Taylor Terrace apartments in 2009 and committed to refinancing and conducting a rehabilitation at the property when the tax credit market rebounded. In 2013, Linc completed a rehabilitation that included green improvements such as energy-efficient windows, Energy Star appliances, high efficiency HVAC units, and additional insulation. The rehabilitation also included the conversion of nine units to full ADA accessibility, community room improvements, and the addition of a new computer lab.
