The Corners at Belmont ground break - June 12th, 2025
Nonprofit Linc Housing announced the start of construction of The Corners at Belmont, a new 37-home affordable and supportive development for families and individuals earning 30-80% of the area median income, including people who have experienced homelessness. The Corners at Belmont marks Linc Housing’s 100th community in California since its founding in 1984.
Willow Way grand opening - May 8th, 2025
Linc Housing, a nonprofit developer of affordable and supportive housing, joined California Senator Susan Rubio, officials from Los Angeles County and the City of El Monte, other development partners and new residents to celebrate the completion of Willow Way, a 39-home supportive housing community in El Monte for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness.
The Blossom grand opening - February 7, 2024
Linc Housing, a nonprofit developer of affordable and supportive housing, and Riverside Community Housing Corp., the nonprofit affiliate of the Riverside County Housing Authority, gathered with new residents, Beaumont Mayor David Fenn, Riverside County Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez and other partners to celebrate the grand opening of The Blossom, a 48-home apartment community in Beaumont for families earning at or under 30 percent of the area median income for Riverside County. The Blossom joins Liberty Village as Linc Housing’s second affordable community in Beaumont.
SagePointe grand opening - December 4, 2023
Linc Housing, a nonprofit developer of affordable and supportive housing, joined Los Angeles County, City of Los Angeles, development partners and new residents to celebrate the completion of SagePointe, a 56-home supportive housing community in the Wilmington neighborhood of Los Angeles.
456 West grand opening - October 26, 2023
Linc Housing and National CORE, nonprofit developers of affordable and supportive housing, today joined dignitaries from the City of Los Angeles, community leaders and new residents to celebrate the completion of 456 West, a 91-home apartment community in San Pedro for families and individuals earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income. The all-new development received more than 4,300 pre-applications, demonstrating the high need for affordable housing.
515 Pioneer Drive groundbreaking - March 14, 2023
National CORE and Linc Housing joined the City of Glendale and other partners to celebrate the start of construction on 515 Pioneer Drive, a new 340-unit affordable housing community for families and seniors – one of the largest affordable communities in California.
