About
Heritage Park Apartments is a thoughtfully designed 33-unit, three-story community located in Windsor, Sonoma County, CA. This welcoming development provides a safe and supportive environment for families and individuals at risk of homelessness, homeless veterans, veteran families, and working-class households. Ten units are designated for homeless veterans, supported by Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) vouchers through the City of Santa Rosa Housing Authority. Eight additional units are subsidized with project-based vouchers (PBVs) from the Sonoma County Housing Authority, ensuring affordability for residents.
The community is a collaboration between Linc Housing and W&J Tax Credit Investments, Inc., combining innovative design with resident-focused services. Onsite support includes Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) provided by Reach for Home, with additional resources from the VA HUD-VASH team. Amenities include community spaces fostering connection and relaxation, such as landscaped outdoor areas, a play area for children, and a multi-purpose room for resident events and activities. These features promote a sense of belonging and enhance residents’ quality of life.
