Compton, CA, population 96,455; one of the poorest areas of Los Angeles County, with a stock of aging housing. With rents varying from 30-50% of AMI, LINC provides housing below local market rates and with much higher quality facilities and amenities.

LINC created affordable housing on approximately four acres of vacant land partially located in the City of Compton and unincorporated Los Angeles County

Includes 40,000 square feet of green space and senior fitness trail — an important asset to the property and the surrounding community which lacks open space
