LINC HOUSING ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
TO SUPPORT GROWTH STRATEGY
LONG BEACH, Calif., July 9, 2007 LINC Housing Corporation,
a nonprofit developer of affordable housing for families and seniors
throughout California, today announced several organizational changes.
Suny Lay Chang, formerly director of housing development, and Nina Dooley,
formerly director of corporate development and communications, have both
been promoted to vice president, adding two new officers to the
organization.
In addition to their new roles as officers, Chang and Dooley will continue
their current duties. Chang, now vice president of housing development,
leads LINCs housing development operations including development,
project financing, and construction administration for all LINCs
properties. Dooley, vice president of corporate development and
communications, oversees the organizations expansion through
strategic planning, marketing, fund development, communications, and
public relations. They both continue to report to LINC President and
CEO Hunter Johnson.
LINC has experienced tremendous growth during the past year,
said Johnson. Were constantly looking at our organization and
adjusting to make sure were working as efficiently and effectively
as possible. Our structure is now on track to help us reach our goal of
ensuring there are housing choices for every segment of our
population.
Other recent changes include: Peter Grant, promoted to assistant director
of housing development; Conor Weir, recently hired as a project manager;
and Beth Davis, promoted to associate project manager.
