LINC HOUSING ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
TO SUPPORT GROWTH STRATEGY

LONG BEACH, Calif., July 9, 2007 — LINC Housing Corporation, a nonprofit developer of affordable housing for families and seniors throughout California, today announced several organizational changes. Suny Lay Chang, formerly director of housing development, and Nina Dooley, formerly director of corporate development and communications, have both been promoted to vice president, adding two new officers to the organization.

In addition to their new roles as officers, Chang and Dooley will continue their current duties. Chang, now vice president of housing development, leads LINC’s housing development operations including development, project financing, and construction administration for all LINC’s properties. Dooley, vice president of corporate development and communications, oversees the organization’s expansion through strategic planning, marketing, fund development, communications, and public relations. They both continue to report to LINC President and CEO Hunter Johnson.

“LINC has experienced tremendous growth during the past year,” said Johnson. “We’re constantly looking at our organization and adjusting to make sure we’re working as efficiently and effectively as possible. Our structure is now on track to help us reach our goal of ensuring there are housing choices for every segment of our population.”

Other recent changes include: Peter Grant, promoted to assistant director of housing development; Conor Weir, recently hired as a project manager; and Beth Davis, promoted to associate project manager.
