LINC Housing Corporation is a nonprofit organization that builds, owns and operates affordable housing for seniors and families throughout California. LINC also offers its residents life-enhancing services through the LINC Cares program.

LINC is committed to creating and preserving housing that is affordable, environmentally sustainable, and a catalyst for community improvement.

 
Hot Off the Press
LINC was recently awarded a $350,000 grant from the Weingart Foundation and a Gold Award from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 50+ Housing Council for its new property SEASONS at Compton, which will serve a blended community of seniors and people with developmental disabilities.
