Redondo Seniors’ “Go Green Day”
LINC Cares hosted “Go Green Day” for seniors at SEASONS at Redondo Beach in August. Seniors participated in demonstrations of eco-friendly cleaning practices such as the eco-drain opener session above with LINC staff Ian Nevarez. They also learned new practices for keeping their utility bills low and left with a green clean recipe book and goodie bag of suppies...Go Green Day!

New Housing Coming On-line!
We are pleased to announce the grand opening of the North Avenue Apartments in Sacramento. The September 20 event celebrated the creation of 80 beautiful rental apartments and townhouses for families earning between 30 and 60% of the area median income for Sacramento County. Joining in the festivities were representatives from our joint venture partner, Simpson Housing Solutions, Sacramento city officials, and other invited guests. More good news: We’ve had a ground breaking in Ridgecrest for the start of Larkspur Village Apartments creating 81 affordable apartments for limited-income families.
