Dorado Senior Apartments,
our 150-unit community for seniors in Buena Park, received the Grand Award as the
nation’s most outstanding affordable housing community at the Multifamily
Executive Awards held in Las Vegas. We share this honor with Simpson Housing
Solutions.
LINC’s
podcast “Notes from the Housing Studio” has won the 2007
“Excellence in
Affordable Housing Communications” Award from National Housing Conference.

Ridgecrest Groundbreaking
Construction is underway for Larkspur Village Apartments in Ridgecrest. This new
Kern County community will be home to 81 limited income families, and features
two- and three bedroom apartments as well as community facilities with recreation
center, computer center, multi-purpose room, pool, spa, and play area. LINC Housing
is pleased to join with the team at Global Premiere Development on this great new
venture for the families in Ridgecrest.
LINC Cares Serves Holiday Cheer

LINC Cares staff
has been creating memorable holidays for our residents this season. LINC’s
Kelli Pezzelle and KC Gobble led the team to serve up and share a Thanksgiving
dinner with our seniors at SEASONS at the Hoover in Whittier.

families at City Gardens in Santa Ana and The Village at Beechwood in Lancaster.
