Terry E. Tornek - Treasurer

Terry Tornek is a founding partner of Hudson Properties, LLC, a real estate development, asset acquisition and management company, with emphasis on garden office buildings in Southern California. He brings a wealth of real estate expertise to LINC Housing, with more than thirty years of experience in asset management, property management, housing development, and city planning.

Before Hudson Properties, Terry served for more than a decade as Executive Vice President at HASEKO, INC., a Japanese-owned, full service real estate company. He was responsible for the acquisition and sale of a $383M portfolio of income as well as the asset management/property management of a portfolio in excess of 1.5 million square feet. He spearheaded the formation of a joint-venture with Charles Dunn Co. and then created and managed HASEKO’s own property management company. He was also responsible for the development of 1,000+ residential units valued at $393M, where he supervised land acquisition, entitlements, formation of joint ventures, marketing, sales and workouts. Projects included luxury condominiums, suburban tracts, condo conversions, apartments & a mixed use retail office project.

Throughout his life, Terry has been committed to serving his community. He is currently a Councilmember for the City of Pasadena and a board member for the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments. He graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University - A.B., Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs; and obtained his Masters Degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University where he received the American Institute of Planners Award.
