Robert J. Norris, Jr. - Treasurer

Robert Norris has extensive experience in the affordable housing industry. He is Executive Director of Irvine Housing Opportunities, Inc., a nonprofit developer of affordable housing. Previous to his work in Irvine, Mr. Norris served as President of More Than Shelter Services, Inc. and as Executive Vice President at Century Housing. Mr. Norris served as Deputy Executive Director of California’s Department of Housing and Community Development and Deputy Director of the Century Freeway Housing Program. He has been a member of the boards of the National Coalition of Homeless Veterans, Inglewood YMCA, and Western Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel. Mr. Norris has a degree in Political Science/Black Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
