Mark Montoya joined the Morley organization in 1984 as a project engineer.
His project management and leadership skills evolved, and he now serves as
principal-in-charge for Morley, responsible for the executive management and
quality execution of student housing, multifamily residential and mixed-use
projects. He did his undergraduate work in Construction Management at
California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and post graduate
work in The Anderson School at UCLAs Graduate School of Management
Executive Program.
Montoya serves as Chairman of Cal Poly San Luis Obispos College of
Architecture and Environmental Design Council and is a member of the Cal
Polys Construction Management Advisory Council. He is a California
State Licensed Contractor (B).
