Jeffrey Mindes is an independent builder and developer with expertise in directing,
coordinating and manging the efforts for the expansion, development and redevelopment
of shopping centers and mixed-use projects. His extensive experience in construction,
development and engineering of major new construction and adaptive re-use projects
includes work as Vice-President of Construction at Combined Properties, as well as
at CIM Group LLC, Charles Pankow Builders, and American Constructors Hawaii, Inc. Mr.
Mindes is a licensed general contractor with a degree in Structural Engineering from
the University of California at San Diego and a Master of Science-Civil Engineering,
Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University. LINC Housing is
pleased to have him on its Board of Directors.
