Donald F. McIntyre - Chair

 
Donald McIntyre is an Urban Affairs Consultant. He has many years experience as Town Manager, General Manager, and City Manager for the cities of Los Gatos, Vallejo, Pasadena, and Seal Beach. He is currently involved in Orange County’s Organization Strategic Planning and Urban Runoff Strategy Development. He has lectured for California State University Long Beach.

Don has many years experience as member of different board of directors, as well as held many Chairman positions. He is a Captain, U.S. Naval Reserve, Retired. He was a U.S. Navy commissioned officer from 1954-1957. He holds a masters degree in political science from Michigan State University.
