Board Members

Jill McCullough - Director

Jill is U.S. Bank’s Vice President, Government and Community Relations and Western Region Community Relations Manager. She supports partnerships with local community-based organizations to help develop affordable housing, foster economic revitalization, and provide financial education to small businesses, consumers, and first-time home buyers. Jill helps to facilitate U.S. Bank’s commitment to providing financial support to nonprofits though the U.S. Bancorp Foundation as well as works to ensure that U.S. Bank meets its Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements to maintain an “Outstanding” rating by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Jill has been with U.S. Bank for 15 years and previously served as Project Manager for U.S. Bank’s retail branches in Southern California Region, Southwest Region Manager for U.S. Bank’s Campus and Workplace Banking Department, and Branch Manager - AVP in Cincinnati.

In addition to her board service at LINC Housing, Jill is a member of the board of directors for Century Center of Economic Opportunity and is on the local advisory boards for Enterprise Community Partners and City Scholars Foundation. She is part of the FDIC’s Alliance for Economic Inclusion serving on the Youth & Family Work Group. Jill also serves as the Community Involvement Coordinator and past President of U.S. Bank’s Employee Development Network Los Angeles Chapter. She received her B.S. in Marketing and Transportation Logistics from The Ohio State University in 1991.
