Dee Hardison is firmly entrenched in the government, education, and planning
bodies that make Southern California a better place to live. She remained
dedicated to her commitment to Special Education as a teacher and Program
Specialist while expanding her political role in the City of Torrance serving
two terms each as Councilwoman and Mayor.
Dee has also served as her citys representative to the Southern California
Association of Governments (SCAG) and Chair of its Community, Economic and
Human Development Committee. Highlights of her many community commitments include
service to the Torrance Planning and Arts Commissions, PTA, Harbor UCLA Hospital,
Pediatric Therapy Network, and CSU Dominguez Hills.
