Dean V. Ambrose practiced law for over 35 years, representing numerous public and privately held companies with a major emphasis in partnership law and real estate finance. Mr. Ambrose currently focuses his business attention on the development and operation of commercial and industrial real property in Southern California.

He devotes a substantial amount of his time to nonprofits serving as President of UCLA’s Royce Center Circle, member of Board of Visitors of UCLA Medical School, Board Member of UCLA’s Foundation, member of Executive Committee Los Angeles Music Center’s Fraternity of Friends, Executive Committee Member of Los Angeles Chapter of American Jewish Committee, Board Member of the Guardians of the Jewish Home for the Aging, and Board Member of National Public Radio Foundation in addition to being a Board Member of LINC Housing.
