LINC Housing development wins awards Long Beach-based LINC Housing recently received several awards for its housing development, SEASONS at Compton. Awards include Senior Housing Project of the Year by SCANPH 2011; the SAGE Award, Special Needs Project of the Year by the BIA of Southern California 2011; Readers’ Choice Award Finalist by Affordable Housing Finance Magazine 2011; and the Gold Award, “On The Boards” Design of Special Needs Community by NAHB Best of 50+ Housing Awards 2009.
