Area builder gets grant for affordable housing LINC Housing Corp., a Long Beach-based nonprofit builder of affordable housing for families and senior citizens, has received a $35,000 grant from JPMorgan Chase. It will go toward building environmentally sustainable homes for low- to moderate-income seniors, families and special needs populations statewide.
