Tori Clive
Project Manager

Tori Clive is a Project Manager at LINC. She is responsible for the supervision and coordination of each phase of project development, from feasibility analysis through to the completion of construction. Her contribution includes securing all development approvals and project financing, coordination of consultants and working closely with public agencies and lenders.

 
Before joining LINC, Tori served as a Forward Planner for Pacific Century Group. She handled a variety of functions, with an emphasis in entitlements, product and community design development. Prior to PCG, Tori was a member of the Community Development team at The Olson Company, one of California’s leading developers of in-fill communities.

Tori graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Arizona State University in 1998 with a B.A. in Broadcasting Business Management and a minor in Marketing/Advertising. Before moving into the homebuilding industry, she began her career with Clear Channel Communications in Los Angeles, specializing in National Advertising Sales for the Radio Industry.

Outside of LINC, Tori is a Young Leader member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and regularly participates in Building Industry Association (BIA) events. She also enjoys attending concerts and museum events through out the year and is an avid wine collector.
