Theresa Roberts
Senior Asset Manager

As a Senior Asset Manager, Theresa is responsible for overseeing the physical, administrative, and financial performance of LINC’s affordable housing portfolio. She maintains close relationships with lenders, investors, and property management firms to ensure that our projects meet all program requirements, while supervising LINC’s asset management team.

 
Theresa brings a wealth of experience in real estate operations to LINC. She spent several years within conventional multi-family operations and more than a decade in work relating to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. She began her career in affordable housing at WNC & Associates, Inc., a privately held owner and syndicator of affordable housing projects. She spent five years there as an asset manager, responsible for the oversight of 115 partnerships. For the next seven years, Theresa worked as a senior asset manager / relationship manager at MCA Housing Partners, formerly Simpson Housing Solutions, LLC. She managed a portfolio of 60 assets, while supervising an assistant asset manager with 20 assets. As relationship manager for JP Morgan Capital Corporation, she was responsible for quarterly, annual reporting, compliance follow-up, and all quarterly meetings. Theresa earned her Housing Credit Certified Professional designation in 2000 and also holds a Specialist in Housing Credit Management certificate.

Theresa is a proud mother of daughter, Brittney, and stepdaughter, Darla. She uses her leisure time to spend with her family, to garden, and to travel.
