In her roll of Associate Asset Manager, Tammy supports the care of
LINCs portfolio in a variety of tasks, such as property insurance
verification, welfare exemption filing, and management of specific
properties. She works closely with LINCs housing development studio
in the transitioning of construction projects to lease up and ongoing
operations within the asset management studio. Tammy is also instrumental
in the property refinance process to ensure maximized cash flow as well as
provide funding for our new green initiatives and resident services
programs.

With 20 years in the mortgage banking arena, Tammy has honed her expertise
in loan servicing, secondary marketing, investor relations, loan funding &
program guideline writing. Her career in affordable housing began while employed
as an affordable housing administrator with a southern California city planning
and redevelopment firm. Tammy had the opportunity of serving both the multifamily
and single-family sectors, by ensuring affordable housing program qualifications
were met, while working with both county and city municipalities. She was also
responsible for conducting seminar programs for the training of
lenders.
Tammy is continuing her education at the community college level with the goal
of completing her Communications/Management degree requirements. In her spare
time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends in a variety of
outdoor recreations such as biking, skating, and jogging, and recuperates with
down time of cooking, reading and crafts.
