Sid Paul
Director of Acquisitions

As LINC’s Director of Acquisitions, Sid Paul identifies and secures sites to create and preserve affordable housing in California. A seasoned developer, Sid brings to LINC a wealth of expertise, including affordable and workforce housing, work with single-family residential and master plan communities, as well as market-rate and mixed-use developments.

From 2005 to 2010, Sid served as Vice President of Acquisitions and For-Sale Housing at AMCAL. There he led the development of market-rate and workforce housing and sourced acquisitions for the firm’s affordable rental pursuits. Previously, Sid shepherded master planned communities through the development and entitlement process for the some of the nation’s largest homebuilders: John Laing Homes, Kaufman and Broad, and Shea Homes, where he led the 36-acre Ambassador Campus master redevelopment plan in Pasadena.
