As Assistant Director of Housing Development, Peter assists in managing
LINC’s housing development activities as team leader to our Project
Managers. He provides sophisticated financial analysis of deal structuring
and project financing, as well as management oversight of projects throughout
their construction. He oversees relationships and coordination of work with
key external stakeholders and works directly with LINC’s President and
Director of Housing Development in every aspect of the development process,
from site identification to lease-up.

Peter’s career includes a decade of service with the redevelopment agencies,
finance departments, and City Manager’s offices of Burbank, Manhattan Beach,
and Huntington Beach. Prior to joining LINC, Peter served as Director of Development
for The Olson Company, specializing in for-sale urban in-fill housing developments.
He worked with city staff, redevelopment agencies, Planning Commissions, City Councils,
and neighborhood residents to design and entitle communities across Los Angeles and
Orange counties.
A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, Peter received his Master
of Public Administration from the University of Southern California where he was
a Dean’s Scholar and the recipient of the Harry Hufford Fellowship.
Peter is an avid golfer and sports fan, and his wife is slowly showing confidence
in his handyman projects at their home in Huntington Beach.
