Norma Mejia
Administrative Assistant, Corporate Development & Communication and Corporate Operations

Norma serves as Administrative Assistant to both corporate development and communications and LINC’s operations studios. She supports many activities including corporate literature, events, and public relations by timely management of inter- and intra-department workflow of information, documents, and data. Norma also supports LINC’s human resources by assisting with employee benefits and personnel files.

Prior to joining LINC, Norma was an executive administrative assistant at Logos Wood & Glass where she managed construction orders, created a filing system for critical timelines and schedules, and handled the administrative work for the entire company. Norma also built valuable skills as a military housing placement assistant where she performed site visits and interviewed occupants to analyze housing suitability. As a new business representative for Sam’s Club, Norma advanced her research and analytical skills while fostering key relationships.

Norma has supported numerous volunteer efforts in our community over the past decade. Currently, she serves with dedication as Football Team Mom in her son’s league. Norma also enjoys Mexican folk art and “greening” her garden.
