As the Accounting Manager, Maggie Ip manages a staff of property, development,
and general accountants for LINC. Maggie assists in the implementation of effective
financial strategies and reports for LINC, its related affiliates, and LINC’s
portfolio of affordable housing assets. She oversees LINC’s accounting
operations, including budgeting, auditing and tax preparation, payroll, accounts
payable and receivable, general ledger and financial reporting. She also oversees
the pre-development and construction draw processes, as well as reviews financial
performance, budgeting and reporting for LINC’s operating portfolio in
conjunction with the Asset Management.

Prior to joining LINC in 2002, Maggie worked as a Financial Manager for IEM
Furniture Manufacturing, where she was in charge of monthly financial reports,
financial analysis, monitoring cash flows and developing budgets for both the
corporate office and seven branch locations. While at IEM, Maggie supervised
a staff of over ten accountants, handling accounts payable, accounts receivable
and collections, and processing more than three million dollars in sales
per month.
Maggie received her Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting from the University
of Southern California. She currently holds a California Life and Health
Insurance license, as well as a California Real Estate sales
license.
Maggie and her husband, Scott, are enjoying life and learning new things with
their two young children, Carrie and Jonathan, aged six and four
years old.
