Lillian Nguyen
Senior Accountant - Development
As LINC’s Senior Accountant - Development, Lillian is responsible
for the accounting of in-house development projects. She also assists
in setting up policies and procedures for development accounting. In
addition to working with LINC’s Housing Development team to
improve processes and establish guidelines for in-house development
reporting, she is also in charge of construction loan draw processing
and job cost reporting.

Lillian brings with her nearly ten years of accounting experience, with
over five years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining LINC, Lillian
worked as Senior Accountant at Pacer Community, a residential development
company, where she was in charge of managing and processing accounting
transactions, reviewing job cost reports and developing procedures to
improve disbursement processes. In addition, Lillian supervised a group
of project accountants who were responsible for monthly accounting and
construction loan draw processes. Lillian also worked as a Senior Accountant
with Lennar Partners, a commercial developer, where she was responsible
for monthly accounting and deal closing activities. Lillian obtained her
Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University
at Fullerton.
Lillian and her husband, Tony Vu, are both enjoying life with their
little baby, Genevie.
