Kelly Saunders
Director of Operations

As LINC’s Director of Operations, Kelly Saunders manages our Human Resources, IT, risk management, and office management functions. She works to ensure that each of LINC’s departments are integrated and working together to meet individual budget and project goals. Kelly also oversees internal policy development and practice evaluation to ensure that all departments are operating effectively.

 
Kelly brings more than 19 years of experience in business development, and organizational and project management. Prior to joining LINC, Kelly was Regional Sales Manager with Pacific Capital Bancorp where she led a team of financial services consultants to acquire and manage the bank’s relationships. As Director of Marketing for Eureka Investment Advisors, Inc., the asset management subsidiary of Bank of the West, Kelly was responsible for a $600 million annual budget, managing the organization’s training, marketing, product development, and revenue growth. Kelly managed a region of 23 bank branches as Regional Sales Manager for Sanwa Bank of California, overseeing consumer and real estate loan production, as well as small business and retail investment revenue. As District Business Officer with Bank of America, Kelly managed the marketing efforts of 33 offices in the sale and promotion of business banking products and services.

Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University. She enjoys Long Beach’s diversity of people and activities. As an active supporter of the arts, Kelly frequents the city’s theaters and art museums.
