Conor Weir
Project Manager
Conor Weir is a LINC Project Manager. Leveraging his background &
experience in finance, Conor plays a pivotal role in identifying and
underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities. He is also
responsible for the supervision and coordination of each phase of
project development, from feasibility analysis to the completion of
construction. His contribution includes securing all development
approvals and project financing, coordination of consultants and
working closely with public agencies and lenders.

Prior to joining LINC, Conor was Founder and Chief Financial Officer of
International Corridor Development, Construction and Engineering where
he managed the business accounting, finance, and property development
aspects. As a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche, Conor was
involved in multiple projects, including the organizational restructuring
of five hospitals that resulted in $4.8 million in cost savings. He also
performed financial analysis to develop the business case for a $25
million investment in a Human Resources service center. Following his time
at Deloitte, Conor worked in the strategy group for Accenture. One sample
project involved restructuring a 3,000 person research division of a large
pharmaceutical company, managing an operational and process redesign which
resulted in a projected 40% reduction in product development cycle time.
Conor attended Carleton College one of the top 5 liberal-arts colleges
in the United States where he graduated cum laude with a BA in
sociology and philosophy. In 2004, Conor obtained a Masters in Business
Administration from Oxford University with a focus in finance and private
equity.
Conor is a father of 3, and enjoys flying kites, playing Ultimate Frisbee,
reading books with his children, and discussing international politics
(preferably with adults.) Conor speaks Cambodian thanks to his very
patient wife and is an active volunteer in the Cambodian community in
Long Beach.
