Prior to joining LINC, Conor was Founder and Chief Financial Officer of International Corridor Development, Construction and Engineering where he managed the business accounting, finance, and property development aspects. As a management consultant for Deloitte & Touche, Conor was involved in multiple projects, including the organizational restructuring of five hospitals that resulted in $4.8 million in cost savings. He also performed financial analysis to develop the business case for a $25 million investment in a Human Resources service center. Following his time at Deloitte, Conor worked in the strategy group for Accenture. One sample project involved restructuring a 3,000 person research division of a large pharmaceutical company, managing an operational and process redesign which resulted in a projected 40% reduction in product development cycle time. Conor attended Carleton College — one of the top 5 liberal-arts colleges in the United States — where he graduated cum laude with a BA in sociology and philosophy. In 2004, Conor obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Oxford University with a focus in finance and private equity.

Conor is a father of 3, and enjoys flying kites, playing Ultimate Frisbee, reading books with his children, and discussing international politics (preferably with adults.) Conor speaks Cambodian — thanks to his very patient wife — and is an active volunteer in the Cambodian community in Long Beach.
