Brandon Smith
Resident Services Resource Developer

Brandon Smith joined LINC as a Housing Research Intern for our Housing Development department in the fall of 2004. His primary tasks revolved around identification of sites near downtown Los Angeles suitable for preservation or conversion to affordable housing. Upon completion of this site research project, Brandon followed his personal passion for resident services and has become part of our “LINC Cares” team. He develops activities and funding strategies for “LINC Cares.” His work includes creation of new programs for the enrichment of our many thousand families and seniors, as well as our special needs residents. He researches best practices in the industry and identifies potential funding sources for program advancement.
