Beth Davis
Associate Project Manager

Beth Davis is an Associate Project Manager. She is instrumental in moving projects forward through all phases of the development process, serving as the primary contact with all entities involved including lenders, city planners, and community groups. Beth assists in completing applications for project financing, preparing and coordinating all necessary materials. Beth also manages the information systems that keep LINC connected with outside engineers, architects, and consultants.

 
Beth brings considerable experience in commercial and residential development to her position as Associate Project Manager. Prior to joining LINC, Beth was Senior Project Administrator with Golden Construction where she managed projects related to the design and building of dialysis clinics and commercial tenant improvements throughout California. As Assistant to Senior Project Managers with Merit Homes, Beth was instrumental in the design and construction of custom homes, tract homes, and condominiums designed specifically to meet the special needs of physically challenged clients.

Beth most enjoys being with her daughter, volunteering with her gymnastics team or spending time together boating and relaxing at the beach.
