Austin Pearce
Resident Services Coordinator

 
Austin is the LINC Cares Resident Services Coordinator at the Village at Beechwood Apartments in Lancaster. He plans programs and activities to meet the needs of the children and families who live in the community, enhancing their quality of life. As the after-school program facilitator, he provides a nurturing atmosphere for the children of the community to complete their homework and receive tutoring. Austin also supervises volunteers that work with the children and families of Beechwood.

 
In addition to serving the low-income families that live at the Village at Beechwood, Austin is a Severe Behavior Para-Educator for the Lancaster School District and a private tutor. He does all this as he finishes his Bachelor’s Degree at California State University Bakersfield with a major in Child, Adolescent, and Family Studies and a minor in Communication.

Austin is passionate about seeing children live up to their potential. His greatest goal is to be a role model to children, encouraging them to be successful in life.
