SEASONS at Miraflores is part of “Miraflores,” a new model for planned communities developed by LINC Housing with DC & TC, LLP and the City of La Quinta. The master plan includes LINC’s 118 senior rental homes with senior clubhouse as well as 86 for-sale homes — some subsidized by the city, and 30 reserved for first-time buyers. The gracious design and mix of new residents meet the needs of the neighborhood. The mission-style architecture and environmentally friendly gardens with meandering walkways found in all portions of the development complement this upscale desert neighborhood known as the “Gem of the Desert.” The project has been well received by the community and the marketplace.

Our 118 single-story duplex rental homes have been designed in both one and two bedroom floor plans with patios and covered parking. Each includes a spacious living area, bath, and modern kitchen, central heating and cooling, and cable access. The senior clubhouse is the center of activity with pool, library, meeting room, full kitchen, computer center, exercise room, and laundry facilities. Nearby are grocery stores, shopping centers, movie theatres, local senior center and public bus service.

The environmentally friendly landscaping and stunning mountain views are part of California’s desert lifestyle. SEASONS at Miraflores also encompasses a sensitive Native American archeological site that was accommodated in the design plan and protected from disturbance during the construction.

SEASONS at Miraflores was honored with a Best of Senior Housing Silver Achievement Award for Active Adult Small Communities by the National Council on Senior Housing.
