Put Your Hard Hats On
Construction is Underway
LINC Housing has been working all over California to provide affordable homes,
and we recently acquired Terracina Apartments, a 55-unit complex in San Jacinto.
Renovations are already underway and include general maintenance and upgrades as
well as improvements that will increase energy efficiency. More work is being
done in Santa Monica, where a former parking lot is on its way to becoming beautiful
affordable housing. The Ocean Breeze Apartments will be a 100 percent affordable,
20-unit senior apartment community with ground-floor retail and underground
parking. Work is also underway in San Diego, Huntington Beach and San Jose.

LINC Cares About Health
Families at PepperWood Apartments and The Village at Beechwood, in Rancho
Cucamonga and Lancaster, enjoyed the festivities at the
LINC Cares
summer health fairs. Health information, preventative health screenings,
games and raffles were made possible with the help of volunteers and
partnering organizations: Molina Healthcare, Access Dental, Tarzana
Treatment Center, and Reach Out West End.
