LINC Housing Corporation is a nonprofit organization that builds, owns and operates affordable housing for seniors and families throughout California. LINC also offers its residents life-enhancing services through the LINC Cares program.

LINC is honored that two of its communities were recently recognized for outstanding design and the positive impact each will have on its residents.

SEASONS at Compton received the SAGE Award for Special Needs Project of the Year from BIA of Southern California and was named Senior Housing Project of the Year by SCANPH.

The Palace received the Long Beach Heritage Award, Adaptive Reuse/Rehabilitation 2012.
